Prohibition Liquor Co is the dream of two South Australian friends, Adam and Wes. This pocket 100ml flask is a great way to sample one of the many Gin's Prohibition have on offer. A delicate citrus/floral nose of fresh lime, guava and lavender warmth, given tension from herbal tones of pink peppercorn, lemon myrtle and the unmistakable, yet light scent of wormwood. Blood orange and peppery juniper set the tone on the palate with a fine interplay of refreshing herbal raciness and a pleasing sweetness derived from vanilla. Lavender floral and vanilla tones continue onto a smooth and elegant finish. Proudly produced here in Australia.
