Collection: Gin

Gin is a distilled spirit that is primarily made from juniper berries and a neutral spirit base. It is a clear, colourless spirit that has a distinct, aromatic flavour profile and is typically around 40-47% alcohol by volume (ABV).

Gin is often categorised by its dominant flavour profile, with popular styles including London Dry Gin, which is dry and juniper-forward, and Old Tom Gin, which is sweeter and less dry than London Dry.

Gin is made by combining the neutral spirit base with a variety of botanicals, such as juniper, coriander, angelica root, and citrus peels, among others. These botanicals are steeped in the spirit base and then distilled, producing a flavourful and aromatic gin.

Gin is widely used in cocktails and is a key ingredient in popular drinks such as the Martini and Gin & Tonic. It is also commonly consumed neat or on the rocks, and is sometimes mixed with tonic water or other mixers.
