This wine is bright, and fruit driven displaying an array of citrus, white peach and honeydew flavours. Vibrant bubbles ride on a creamy textured mid palate with hints of shortbread and whipped butter on a crisp refreshing finish.

We seek out the most suitable blocks for producing our Estate range Brut Cuvee base, looking for clean disease free fruit, vibrant aromas and flavours. For every bottling of our Nugan Estate Brut Cuvee, the blend consists of aged “Reserve” base wine (2 - 3 years) and fresher 1 year old portions prior to secondary fermentation, which takes place under pressure by Charmat Method. Through combining these portions, we produce a sparkling wine that offers complexity, subtle nuances, freshness and a soft creaminess.
