Sweet smelling, raspberry and ruby red grapefruit. Medium bodied, zesty grapefruity acidity, a little spice and an a finish that’s a little abrasive, but kind of sour. A glass chilled would be ok, but not a full bottle proposition.

Medium to full orangey salmon-pink colour. The bouquet is sweet quince paste-like and herbal with a light sprinkle of sulfides. It's light and tangy in the mouth, crisp and slightly tart with an impression of hollowness. The finish is short and hard. (250 dozen made)
