Pale to medium straw in colour with a bright fresh hue, this wine displays lifted strawberry and citrus fruit aromas, complemented with fresh yeast. The palate is soft and round with great length and depth, exhibiting nuances of sea brine, brioche and mushroom with a crisp and natural finish. This balanced, elegant and textural wine exhibits a rare depth of flavour and complexity.

The fruit for this wine is picked from selected premium Victorian vineyards and is machine harvested in the cool of night and gently pressed to ensure minimal extraction of phenolics. Each parcel of juice is further fined to guarantee structural elegance and extended maturation on yeast lees further builds the complexity and character of this wine.
