Okay, so here’s a nifty thing you may not know - a lot of the big French Champagne houses came down to Tassie in the 80’s to scope out the lay of land. The reasoning being that the terroir seemed perfectly suited to growing Pinot Noir and Chardonnay. They liked what they found.

Bubbles just do well here, which is why this salmon pink blend of Pinot and Chardonnay is just perfect for your fizzy fix. There’s heaps of lifted red berry aromatics coupled with those classic toasty/pastry notes that make good sparkling so alluring.
