So much lemon and lime freshness here, plus a hint of basil. Very crisp and vibrant with quite a bold, chalky structure, some exotic fruit and a hint of melted butter at the finish. A rather new part of the Pommery range, launched in 2017, and a blend of Chardonnay from the Côtes des Blancs and Montagne de Reims.

Lots of biscuit and pie crust with hints of cream and cooked apple. Full and very layered with fine bubbles and beautiful length. Lots of enticing, rich fruit. Creamy. 3 1/2 years on the yeast. Mostly fruit from 2017, an excellent year for chardonnay, from the Mountains de Reims. 20% reserve wines. 8g/L dosage.

Brimming with white flowers and fresh ripe pear. So bright and energetic with a wonderful creaminess that beautifully balances the chalkiness and delicate touch of savory. Just a hint of lemon peel bitterness that neatly accentuates the freshness at the long dry finish. Based on the 2018 vintage, much of it from the Montagne de Reims with 20% of reserve wines. The first vintage of this wine that's also bottled in magnum.

A very creamy blanc de blancs with dried pineapple, croissant, and creamy aromas and flavors. Full body. Extremely creamy and delicious. A chalky and light lemon-curd undertone. Tangy at the end. Fun.

Falstaff

Pale straw yellow with silver reflections. Floral notes, fresh pome fruit, white apple and some light hints of mango on the nose, with some brioche too making for an inviting bouquet. Juicy on the palate with a core of fine fruit sweetness that is countered by good acidity and a mineral character. It's well adhering and balanced, a charming food companion with oranges in the aftertaste. (L21223046, PM).

Light white gold colour. Ripe apple notes, candied lemon, subtle brioche, tropical nuances. Medium-bodied on the palate, shows a certain sweetness, dried fruit nuances and citrus zest, again apple. Balanced, long finish, subtle minerality.
