Fresh-cured grass-hay bouquet; toasty yeast autolysis and some sherry-like aldehydes add up to a complex, layered bouquet. The wine is fresh and crisp on the tongue, dry and with lively acidity, the finish clean, dry and savoury, lingering on well. A very smart glass of fizz.
