A very pleasant little sparkling wine with character, some refinement in texture, and a clean, technically A1 flavour and aroma. The palate is soft and balanced to a clean finish, with a degree of richness.

Pale pink colour, quite like a blush hue. Very young, raw, yeast-lees aroma dominates, more like a new wine's lees than any champagne autolysis character. It's light and soft on the palate, nicely balanced and discreet, with a lick of sweetness which is well within the wine's balance. Youthful and smooth, a very pleasant drink. (The colour suggests pinot noir in the wine: it's not a blanc de blancs style despite the name.)
