This medium sweet Sekiya NV Houraisen Wa Junmai Ginjo is unpasteurized and matured, and it comes from Aichi. It is delicious, with complex notes of pine, walnut, bamboo leaf, steamed rice, citrus and green apple. Soft and well balanced, it ends with a sweet and spicy finish.
