Roger Voss - Wine Enthusiast
This is a beautiful, pure Chardonnay from the Côte des Blancs, crisp and tight with a strongly mineral character. On the dry side of brut it brings out perfumed apple and lime fruits along with an orange-zest tang. The wine is ready to drink.
Slightly reductive, flinty aromas of grilled peaches and lemons with an array of brioche and biscuity flavors developing around ripe peaches on the palate.
2017 - Decanter World Wine Awards
Cut apple and almond nose. Crisp, sappy palate with notes of lemon and green apples and persistent bubbles. Elegant and mature notes keep it very much alive. Award: Bronze - DWWA 2017
2016 - Decanter World Wine Awards
A lovely nose packed with citrus and yellow stone fruits, a hint of rosemary and some honeyed patisserie character. The palate is pleasant, long and has a fruity finish. Award: Bronze - DWWA 2016
