Most of the wine comes from Dash Farms, which has a pretty good currency amongst some of the avant garde sect of Central Vic winemakers. Various picks contribute, a long, rolling ferment a motif. There’s plenty of flavour and weight here and yet a chalky, briny undertow lifts things pleasingly. Lime on green apple, just-ripe nectarine, faint nougat and butterscotch notes, some salted cashew and a dash of cinnamon spice. Spot on for the variety and with a little depth and seasoning. A flavour-packed white, max charm and a currency of refreshment factor too. Really good drinking.
