It’s a good drink and refreshing as can be, light and lithe, skittish with lemon sorbet acidity and gently chewy with talc-like minerally texture. Scents of lime, oyster shell, dried green apple, a faint perfume but pretty all the same. Flavours delicate, the wine tight, lean and simple in its make up of characters. Something a little tinny and a sense of some dilution? Perhaps too, but all the same, a nice little drink.
