The colour is a luminous very pale lemon with a soft green tint The nose is fresh, bright and varietally classic, layered with yuzu zest, nashi pear, and ripe jackfruit. Palate & Finish The palate is refreshingly dry and instantly appealing, bursting with lemon myrtle, delicate starfruit, Tahitian lime, and lemongrass. There is a line of minerality with hints of wet river stones, dried ginger and a trace of saffron adding a subtle complexity. Pure and vibrant, it finishes with impressive length and finesse.
