So, this is shiraz and chardonnay, though the shiraz is direct pressed, the chardonnay blended back in off a detail of sparkling base ideal. Delicacy the ideal overall. Big fizz, big fun. Scents and flavours of shortbread, ginger, green apple, faint red berry elements, a touch of marzipan. Ohh yeah. It foams and froths with joy, fresh in that course of bubbles. Salty notes in there, some salted macadamia notes, some cracker biscuit too. Good energy, good depth, good interest. Easy to get stuck in.
