It's ripe and flavourful on the palate, but the key here is just how bright the acidity is, keeping this delicious wine balanced and fresh. Drink now and over the next two to three years.

A more restrained bottling than the previous year, with aromas of white peaches, citrus peel, melon and nectarines. The palate is textural, with a mid-weighted mouthfeel and a slight phenolic grip from a degree of skin contact. A fleshy yet restrained pinot gris, with plenty of texture. Delicious.
