A blend of estate cabernet sauvignon/merlot/shiraz. A light, bright salmon. Subtle aromas of red berries, tangerines and spice lead onto the palate, which is dry, moreish and nicely persistent. A well-crafted wine to have in the fridge and ready to go this summer!

Floral and pretty, with aromas of dried strawberries, citrus blossoms, pastry cream and mandarin rind. The palate is mid-weighted, with good texture and a phenolic grip balanced by bright acidity. A mix of cabernet sauvignon and merlot.

This is a particularly lively rosé. It’s highly aromatic and fruit-generous, though it’s pale in colour and indeed racy. Strawberry and pear flavours lead a highly engaging charge, aided by general fruit salad flavours and zesty lemon. But think strawberry and pear, in a textural context, with a fresh, well-defined finish, and you have this wine in a nutshell.
