An elegant style of Chardonnay from the Padthaway region, this is a deep yellow in colour. The nose exhibits notes of stone fruits, peaches, nectarines, florals, a flick of lime and hints of river stones. Good intensity, but this is a Chardonnay which is refined and balanced. There is good focus here, a pleasingly creamy texture, with bright acidity and a lingering finish. Expect this to drink well for the next three to five years.
