This small, completely family-run outfit sources fruit from one of the region's oldest vineyards. Here, the focus is on minimal intervention, small-batch bottling, and a 'less is more' approach. But keeping things simple doesn't mean the wines lack flavour.

Houghton-trained, with global experience in some of the world's leading wine regions, Paul has developed a keen sense of terroir.
