Product Highlights

This is a rare Adelaide Hills Pinot with three separate 95-point scores and a tiny production of just 1,800 bottles.

Behind the crinkly black wrapper is one of the Adelaide Hills’ most exciting next-generation winemakers. The style is far from cookie-cutter, with a touch of Gewürztraminer included in the ferment from rogue vines unknowingly planted in the estate block.

The result is silky, herbal and fine-boned, with notes of lavender, cranberry, strawberry husk, açaí, sumac and red peppercorn. It’s an evocative Pinot with a kaleidoscope of flavours, balancing classical winemaking with a confident new-wave edge.

Three separate 95-point scores are a strong endorsement, but it’s the wine’s individuality that makes it worth seeking out. With only 1,800 bottles made, this is a distinctive, small-production Adelaide Hills Pinot that Pinot drinkers won’t come across very often.
