Citrus, stone fruits and poached pear with hints of crème fraîche, meadow flowers, crushed stone, slivered almonds, ginger spice and ozone. There's a light ache of umami and the twang of brine as the wine sails across the palate, the fruit and acidity showing an appealing tension. There is no doubting it's slinky drinking appeal.
