Our tenth vintage working with Gamay was meant to be just that—Gamay. But after harvest, DNA testing revealed that some of the vines we thought were Gamay were, in fact, Pinot Noir. A happy mistake. The result? A serendipitous blend that closes a 600-year-old loop in the most delicious way. Philippe would be livid.
Sourced from the meticulously farmed Two Terraces Vineyard in Maraekakaho, this single-vineyard wine was made with our signature artisanal approach: hand-harvested, whole-bunch fermented, foot-stomped, and matured in seasoned puncheons.
