Mostly from Ronche, with additions from Cotta, and Treiso Cherry, almond, spice, a little liquorice root. Medium-bodied, red fruited and gently spicy, a crisp energetic feel to this wine, a fine dusty feel to tannin, with a perfumed finish of excellent length. So nicely done.

The 2024 Dolcetto d'Alba is bright and refreshing. Crushed flowers and red/purplish berry fruit are nicely pushed forward in this light-bodied, crisp offering from Albino Rocca. This is old school in the best way.
