With its bright crimson hue, this Pinot entices with “an alluring bouquet redolent of crushed strawberries and raspberries, a little orange peel, and some Earl Grey tea leaves.” The palate offers a plush, savoury experience, layered with dark cherries, cured meats, and a touch of salinity. Finishing long with fine tannins, this wine is beautifully balanced and already a pleasure to drink, but it could also develop with a few years of cellaring.
