A blend of multiple shiraz vineyards located predominantly in the Barossa foothills and the northwestern areas of the Eden Valley region; 30% whole cluster and matured in large-format French oak for eight months. Magenta crimson in the glass. Aromas of blackberry, black cherry and blood plum fruits with hints of turned, wet earth, dried and hanging meats, exotic spice, crushed granite, bay leaf, dried citrus rind and meadow flowers. Medium bodied with an infectious stony inflow and mineral-driven cadence, there's great drinking here.

Campbell Mattinson - The Wine Front

This is an impeccable wine, impeccably made. It’s well flavoured, spicy, gently herbal, flushed with red and black berried fruit and beautifully structured, and fine, through the finish. In fact it’s gently sinewy, which is a good thing for a wine to be. Nut, gravel and floral characters hover about edges. Everything is fine order here.
