The Bouverie vineyard was planted in '68 by Tony Smith at Plantagenet. A beautiful nose of pink pepper, açai, cardamom, plum compote and sage, pencil shavings and aromas of the Australian bush. This is elegant, with its refinement and natural acidity – top-tier for this inaugural release. Its complexity is that of a painting with many layers; each sip reveals a shade of greater depth.
