Wild yeast, 80% whole bunch, and maturation in large, old French oak foudre bring out everything we love about this style. Dark cherry and blue fruits lead the charge, with spice, black olive, and that signature meaty edge following close behind. It’s medium-bodied, intensely mineral, and wonderfully savoury. With another 95-point score, this one’s set to fly off the shelves.
