Tasting Notes

Punchy, lifted Semillon aromatics of lemon grass, gooseberry and nectarine are a feature of the 2023 blend with the Sauvignon adding refreshing grassy, lime and passionfruit notes to make this much- loved Margaret River blend……The palate has wonderful juiciness and salivating acidity whilst having the hallmark texture from a portion (12%) being wild fermented then matured on light yeast lees in seasoned French oak barrels.

The Semillon (60%) contributes zesty lemon curd and fresh-cut grass nuances, while the Sauvignon Blanc (40%) delivers vibrant passionfruit and guava aromatics.

On the palate, it's crisp yet generously textured - a hallmark of the region's premium examples. Flavours of white peach, kaffir lime and wet stone unfold with precision, balanced by a racy natural acidity that maintains impeccable freshness. The finish is clean and lingering, with just a whisper of flinty complexity.
