The 2023 Shiraz is elegantly framed, offering compact and attractive aromas of blackberry, clove and cocoa with a touch of regional minty lift. It shows notable weight while retaining a tight frame, thanks to firm acidity and gravelly tannins. Waves of blackcurrant and black olive flavors mingle with gentle cedary tones and ample oak in the background, all beautifully balanced as they glide to a long finish. Excellent for the year and a standout release from Bowen Estate.
