Riesling sourced from high in the Eden Valley from Block 7 on the Eden Hall estate. Made by Phil Lehmann. Pale straw with aromas of lime juice, green apple and juicy white peach along with hints of marzipan, mountain herbs, white flowers, orange blossom, crush stone and almond paste. Crisp and dry with just a hint of soursop to the acid profile. Nevertheless, it's good sapid drinking.
