The 2022 Shiraz is from the Alexander vineyard and is a little reductive upon opening. The fruit underneath is purple and red, with berries of all kinds, a dusting of icing sugar and a sprinkling of blueberries. In the mouth, the wine is spicy, medium-weighted and loaded with rose petals and blood plum and a smattering of sea salt. This is really good. 14% alcohol, sealed under screw cap.
