The Federici company, located in Zagarolo near the Prenestini Mountains and a few kilometers from Rome, has been producing high-quality Lazio wines for 60 years by integrating tradition with innovation. They grow native Lazio grapes like Vermentino and Cesanese, as well as Sauvignon and Merlot. The Mediterranean climate balanced by night breezes in the hills helps the grapes ripen. With guidance from top Italian wine consultant Matteo Bernabei, the cellar produces a small range of award-winning wines, including a standout pure Malvasia Puntinata. This wine has an intense and bright yellow color, and presents on the nose with peach jam with apricot, orange peel, acacia and aromatic herbs. Medium-bodied, it remains enveloping in the mouth and persistent with a balanced interweaving of fruit and flower notes.
