Colab & Bloom Brings an Aussie twist to one of Italy’s most beloved red varieties. From Langhorne Creek in South Australia, this wine is all about ripe forest berries, bay leaf, red plum, and cranberry, with firm tannins, a hint of chocolate, and juicy acidity tying it all together.

As the name suggests, this wine is the result of a collaboration between three mates: Norm Doole, Mike Farmilo, and Nick Whiteway. With decades of winemaking experience across McLaren Vale, the Adelaide Hills, and beyond, they’ve poured their passion and expertise into creating wines that are expressive, drinkable, and packed with regional charm.
