Clear lemon in appearance with aromas of pear skin, granny smith apple, citrus (limes) and some lovely floral tones of Acacia . The palate is fresh and clean with medium weight, and more citrus flavours are driving the palate, some subtle saline notes that give a vibrant sea spray and lemon twist finish.
