2021 Woodstock Collett Lane Cabernet Sauvignon (Best In Collective) 12 Pack

Our Tasting Panel had the enviable (but tough!) job of tasting through 41 exceptional Cabernets this season to help crown our ‘Best in Collective’ Autumn edition.

The lineup was outstanding, but one wine stood above the rest. The 2021 Collett Lane Cabernet blew us away with its depth, elegance, and seamless balance—Cabernet done right.

Woodstock has been crafting outstanding wines for over 50 years, and this release embodies everything we love about premium Australian Cabernet: richness, power, and fruit-forward intensity, framed by a beautifully structured spice. It’s been on our bucket list for years, and this vintage delivers.

The TWC Tasting Panel awarded it 96 points, describing it as:

Grown on a single block of Cabernet planted in 1988—now known as Collett Lane—this wine spent 18 months in hand-selected French and American oak barrels, layering dark chocolate, juicy cassis, fresh Cuban cigar, and aromatic baking spices into its complex profile.

We believe 15 to 20 years will be the sweet spot for aging this mighty Cabernet. It pairs beautifully with a lamb roast or slow-cooked veal osso buco. For optimal enjoyment, decant generously and serve in large glasses to let the wine breathe.
