Vibrant garnet in the glass, this is no soft, strawberries-and-cream Grenache. Aromatically complex and enticing, it opens with a burst of pomegranate, star anise, fennel seed, and ginger, layered with rose petals and dried violets reminiscent of homemade Turkish delight. Hints of dark red fruits and a whisper of sweet prosciutto add savoury intrigue. On the palate, it’s medium-bodied and mouth-wateringly juicy. Subtle old French oak brings tension and savoury structure, balanced by delicate tannins and a gentle nod to smoky bacon bones. A seriously moreish Grenache that invites another pour.
