Cherry red color with a medium layer and purple hues that denote its youth. Floral aromas of lilac, fruity aromas of cherry and orange, clean and intense. Lively and sweet on the palate, balanced and long, clean fruit and a silky finish. Persistent. It is an expressive wine that marks the origin of the variety and the cold zone of the one that comes He is attractive and has a different personality.

For years, we have been selecting different vineyards of the Garnacha variety in different areas of the DO Navarra. We have about 10 hectares in the Baja Montaña area, controlled by our technicians from pruning to harvest. The vineyards are over 80 years old, divided into 9 small plots in the municipalities of Ayesa, Sada, Gallipienzo and Aibar, all of them in that area of ​​Navarra.

Harvest selected in the vineyard and on the selection table upon arrival at the winery. The alcoholic fermentation takes place for about 12 days with daily work of very gentle but prolonged maceration until devatting. Malolactic fermentation takes place in the same barrels in which it will continue to be aged for several months. The barrels are selected from those we already have with one or two years of use, both 225 and 500 liters. Production of this wine is limited to 4,857 bottles.
