Beautiful weight on the palate, clean and crisp, unctuous but mouthwatering with only a hint of sweetness alongside the zestiness, minerality and bitterness. If you don't want your sweet wine too sweet this is the one for you. Precise and totally satisfying with a lovely weight and persistence. This is a great connecting wine between the grand vin and the dry white - something for everyone in this range.
