A traditional method sparkling wine “Alta Langa”, fully expresses the characteristics of Chardonnay growing in the higher hillside of the Langhe region. A fine and complex nose flavour perfectly matches the taste: soft and silky but also fresh and slightly sapid. Excellent if paired with appetizers, light dishes based on seasonal vegetables and raw fish. Available in two versions: Dosage Zero and Brut.
