Aromatics: Strong and powerful oxidative character, nuttiness, cumin spices, high-toned. Palate: Montbourgeau’s Vin Jaune is precise with rich, tradionnal and full of energy. The “Jaune” of Montbourgeau is more high-toned, less broad than most, perhaps but more fine, a clear reflection of the appellation of L’Etoile. Digest, dry and very mineral finish.
