WINEMAKER’S NOTE:
Fresh & fruity in its youth, now displaying the unique
characteristics & distinguished flavours that a well
made Riesling can. This Riesling has been cellared for
7 years before release and will live for another 20
plus.
VINTAGE NOTE:
A cool growing season and above average rainfall
lead to a mild growing season that presented some
challenges towards the end of harvest. Fortunately
the whites benefited from cool ripening season and
were picked just in time. Riesling was the stand out
variety of the season with the balance of flavour and
acidity perfect for this cool climate style.
