Now, here’s something special to grab your attention: a perfectly aged, cult Victorian Cabernet, hailed by critics and wine lovers alike, at over half the retail price. Gems like this don’t come around often, and when you discover the famed name behind this ‘mystery’, you’ll be pinching yourself.

We rarely get to share wines of this calibre, and it’s even rarer to find them at such an incredible price. These wines have helped shape Australia’s rich vinous tapestry. After 50 solid vintages, they are firmly entrenched as the most collectable wines of the Pyrenees region in Victoria.

From the highest and most remote vineyards of the Pyrenees, this 8-year-old Cabernet will draw a crowd every time you pull the cork. It’s the quintessential Australian bush-wine, with blackcurrant and boysenberry leading the fruit, complemented by dark cocoa, dried herbs, peppermint, and eucalypt for a more savoury and dark undertone. This winery made its mark with red wines like this—full-bodied and lavish, with a remarkable sense of place and timelessness.

To this day, the traditional recipe remains the same: dry-grown old vines, fermented in open-top concrete vats, basket-pressed, and aged in the finest French oak.
