Deep gold in colour with tints of straw. Subtle and elegant aromas of white peaches and citrus zest, followed by light brioche notes. Fresh on opening, the palate evolves elegantly towards citrus notes, finishing on intense notes of dried fruit and pastry. A wine to enjoy now but can rest in the cellar to develop in complexity and intensity.

Champagne Devaux was founded in 1846 and regarded as one of the finest producers in the exciting Cote des Bar region. Pinot Noir is the major variety and extended ageing including 5 years for the D range shows the commitment to producing only the finest and complex Champagne’s. The chef de cave Michel Parisot was the IWC Champagne and Sparkling winemaker of the year in 2020.
