Barrel ageing makes this intrinsically great vintage of Yquem even more delicious. In addition, the flavours are in total harmony with the bouquet. This classically elegant wine displays a perfect equilibrium between sweetness, acidity, and alcohol on the palate, with an extremely attractive overall balance.
