What if I am going on holidays and need to cancel my delivery?
You can postpone a wine plan delivery at any time by emailing us at customers@thewinecollective.com.au. This is an ideal option for those who don’t want to miss out on the benefits of being on a wine plan but, for whatever reason, need to postpone their delivery to a more suitable time. We can also send your delivery to an alternative address.
How can I make changes to my wine plan?
Should you wish to update your wine plan or your personal details, please email us at customers@thewinecollective.com.au. We’ll do the work for you.
How do I change my password or update my expired card?
If your credit card has expired or you wish to update your payment method, please email us at customers@thewinecollective.com.au and our friendly Wine Plan team will be able to assist you. For security, please do not send your credit card details over email.
How often will I receive my case?
Most of our wine plans are delivered every three months – however, the months do vary (you can find out the exact delivery months by browsing our wine plans). The exception is the Decanter Collection, which is delivered twice a year.
What if I am not home when you deliver the wine?
In the event that you are not home, your wine will be left at your nominated delivery address as per your delivery instructions. If you prefer, your wine can be directed to your nearest post office for collection. Every attempt will be made to ensure your delivery is timely, and delivered according to your stated instructions. Alternatively, you can have the wine delivered to one of our retail stores and pick it up from there.
Is it possible to know what's in the case before it arrives?
Absolutely! The tasting notes for each wine plan are listed on our Wine Plans page under Tasting Notes. Our team uploads the tasting notes as soon as they are available.
I would like wines from multiple wine plans. Is it possible to create my own wine plan?
Most definitely. Our Build Your Own wine plan was created for this very reason. This personalised wine plan allows you to select cases from as many wine plans as you desire, so you only get what you want, when you want it.
Where can I find my wine plan tasting notes?
The tasting notes for each wine plan are listed on our Wine Plans page under Tasting Notes.
Are there any joining fees or contract?
No. Just one of the many benefits of our wine plans – the ultimate in flexibility.
What if I am not satisfied with the quality?
While all our wines come with a quality guarantee, we appreciate your judgement. If you taste a bottle or two and are dissatisfied in any way, we will arrange collection at our cost and refund a credit to the total value of your wine purchase.
