How does it taste?
Bursting with bergamot pear, lemon-lime citrus, beeswax, and a hint of almond.
Where is it from?
Originally from Southern Italy, this Fiano has now found a new home in the dry-grown, Mediterranean-like climate of the Clare Valley.

Crafted by Adam Barton and Amy Lane, previous finalists in the James Halliday Best New Winery.
What makes it unique?
