The Wine Collective had rolled out an app for a trial period to understand customer appetite. Based on internal and external customer feedback over the past 18 months; we have made the decision to continue to focus on our web experience, and cease app development.

As of Friday 13th, the app will be securely decommissioned. Your login, account information, transaction history, my cellar and rewards points are now able to be accessed through our website, simply log in here https://www.thewinecollective.com.au/account/login

Our website has been significantly improved over the last 12 months, and we hope you enjoy the experience. Here are some big improvements you will see on the website;

  • You can now use Shop Pay, Apple Pay and Google Pay for an easy and fast checkout experience. 
  • The website now has full access to domestic and international marketplace and over 9,000 products.  

 

If you would prefer a more personalised experience - we would like to offer you an opportunity to get assigned a personal shopper who you can ask for recommendations or purchase wine through when you’d prefer. 

  • Personal shoppers are skilled wine lovers and experts; with incredible knowledge about wines, pairing and can provide advice on wines for your palate or upcoming event
  • You will have you agent's name, email and number and you can communicate with them via your channel preference should you need anything

    If you would like to be assigned a personal shopper, please email our team on customers@thewinecollective.com.au and based on your previous purchases, we will assign the best agent for your taste preferences. 

     

    Regarding the decommission of the app; we do apologise for any inconvenience this might cause, and hope to see you online again soon.
