Tatachilla is primarily associated with the McLaren Vale wine growing region of South Australia. Tatachillas’s Clarendon vineyard in McLaren Vale is the flagship site for sourcing premium fruit for the brand.

While Shiraz and Cabernet Sauvignon are the primary focus, Tatachilla also produces the more exotic varieties of Sangiovese, Barbera, Viognier, Vermentino and Arneis.
