Patrick Jasmin represents the fourth generation of winegrowers in his family. He has been working at the vineyard he now runs with an expert hand since 1978. His 6-hectare property in Ampuis, birthplace of the finest Côte-Rôtie wines, is planted 95% to Syrah and 5% to Viognier.
He practises sustainable viticulture, with low yields, and takes a somewhat artisan approach, carrying out all tasks on the steep hillsides by hand.
