Fabien Cirotte has in recent years taken over the winemaking and management of this small Domaine from his parents Joël and Sylvie. Located in Bué, it has been in the Cirotte family since 1932, and includes the famed lieu-dit of Caillottes. The total land under vine currently is 10.8 hectares: 65% sauvignon blanc and 35% pinot noir. The average age of the vines is 55 to 70 years, and the soils are 90% calcareous clay with 10% silex. The 5 hectares for the Caillottes Lieu-Dit is mostly terres blanches (calcareous clay and limestone), and then equal parts les caillottes (limestone and gravel) and terres rouge (volcanic and granite). The vineyards are certified with Terra Vitis for Haute Valeur Environnementale (HVE), level 3.
